  • Create Your Own Scope

    Our Create Your Own Scope program allows builders, homeowners, and contractors the opportunity to manage our scope of work. You would be the general contractor and Long Island Modular Homes would be the subcontractor. This flexibility may result in quicker construction time and lower costs. The scope of work can be customized to fit your specific project and budget. This program is designed to allow one to utilize our modular design and manufacturing knowledge along with our site work and finishing capabilities.

  • Direct Shipment

    Long Island Modular Homes Direct Shipment program provides the following services: Design and Customization, Material and Product selection, Manufacturing, Permitting assistance, Delivery, and Set. This program allows our customers to achieve the benefit of building a Long Island Modular Home and working with their own general contractor.

    No direct shipment is out of reach.

  • Homeowner Program

    Long Island Modular’s Homeowner Program is a program where Long Island Modular Homes is the general contractor and the homeowner acts as a subcontractor. As a general contractor we will include all aspects of building a modular home and obtaining a certificate of occupancy. This program allows the Homeowner to save money in the area(s) that they are acting as a subcontractor.

    The Homeowner achieves the benefits of our project management experience, our skilled workforce, and our strong subcontractor relationships.

  • Contractor Program

    Long Island Modular Homes’ Contractor Program is a program in which trade professional can take advantage of their specific trade knowledge and contracting experience. Our homes can be designed to allow for trades people to save money by finishing certain items themselves. This program allows for small business contractors to receive a house that is approximately 80% complete, eliminating the need for onsite framing, insulation, rough electrical and plumbing inspections.

  • National Building Program

    Our National Building Program allow for Just in Time housing. Our Custom designed or Predesigned homes can be built and delivered within weeks any where throughout the country. Our homes eliminate the cost burden of speculative building. This program allows our customers to take advantage of our low cost labor, modular efficiencies, modular productivity and modular machine utilization.
